3. Our returns policy allows for returns and exchanges within 2-5 days of purchase, subject to certain conditions. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
4. If the wheels or tyres have been driven on, we cannot accept them for a full refund as new wheels and tyres. However, a partial refund may be considered if a return is approved. The customer must cover the shipping costs upfront and ensure the wheels are clean and properly wrapped like the way it was, to prevent damage during transit.

5. Refunds for Online Orders:

1. All refunds for online orders must be requested at the store listed on the order confirmation.
2. You must present the order confirmation along with personal identification at the time the request for refund form is completed.
3. Please note Credit Card or ZipPay funds will be refunded back to the customer’s original account; this process may take up to 7-14 business days to occur.

6. Cancellations or Amendments Before Fitment:

1. Should you have a change of mind on your original purchase prior to the fitment of your tyres, you may cancel or amend your order by getting in contact with the store named on your order confirmation.

7. Returns After Fitment:

1. For safety reasons, we cannot accept a return on products after they have been fitted on your vehicle.
2. If there is a manufacturing issue with your tyres, please return to the store of fitment for resolution.
3. Custom Wheels, there is no refund or exchange on custom-built wheels. These orders are finalized at the time of purchase.
4. Wheel and tyre packages cannot be returned as they are fitted items. Once you mount them, you own them and it's yours.
5. Wheel nuts or accessory returns must be in an unused and unmarked condition. If you have mounted the nuts or bolts to your vehicle and changed your mind on color and the nuts/
6. bolts have socket or fitting marks, these are non-returnable.

15. Fitment Guarantee

1. Grip & Go offers a fitment guarantee for all wheels and wheel and tyre packages purchased through their online/retail store. This guarantee applies to standard, non-modified vehicles. However, if a customer selects a "CUSTOM TYRE OPTION" which is for advanced setups requiring suspension or body modifications, the fitment guarantee is nullified. Additionally, if a customer's vehicle is modified and they haven't informed Grip & Go in writing "with confirmation of receipt" or placed the information on the order, the fitment guarantee is also nullified.

16. Beadlock lips on steel wheels

1. The steel wheels' beadlock lip features 4 bolts that require thorough inspection and tightening during installation onto a vehicle. It is imperative that the customer or their designated mechanic ensures these bolts are tightened according to the recommended torque specifications. Neglecting this crucial step may lead to the beadlock ring becoming dislodged, potentially culminating in an accident.
2. We strongly urge customers to routinely assess the tightness of the beadlock ring bolts, especially following off-road excursions or instances of high-stress driving. Furthermore, we advise customers to enlist the services of a certified mechanic periodically to conduct comprehensive inspections of their wheels, guaranteeing optimal functionality of all components.
3. By procuring and utilizing our steel wheels, the customer explicitly acknowledges and accepts the necessity of examining and securing the beadlock ring bolts, thereby assuming full responsibility for any resultant damage or injuries stemming from the failure to do so diligently.

17. Safety Regulations

1. At Grip & Go Tyres, we guarantee the quality of all the tyres we supply and install. Our warranty covers any manufacturer's faults for the life of the tyre. If you discover a manufacturer's fault within 2-3 days of purchase, we will replace your tyre free of charge. Additionally, if the tyre tread is worn more than 10%, Grip & Go Tyres will replace the tyre on a pro-rata basis. For example, if a tyre is 30% worn, Grip & Go Tyres will cover 70% of the cost of a replacement tyre, and you will only pay 30%.
2. To further enhance safety, we recommend checking the tyre valves every week to maintain proper tyre inflation, which is essential for optimal performance and handling. Moreover, if you experience any balancing issues with your tyres, Grip & Go Tyres will promptly address and resolve the problem if you return within 2-3 days of purchase, ensuring your safety on the road.
3. Please note that Grip & Go Tyres does not cover shipping and handling charges for warranties, both to and from the customer.
Certain circumstances may void the warranty coverage, including:
1. Road hazard injuries (e.g., cuts, snags, bruises, impact damage, or punctures, whether repairable or not).
2. Incorrect mounting of the tyre, tyre/wheel imbalance, or improper repair.
3. Under-inflation, over-inflation, improper maintenance, or other forms of abuse.
4. Mechanical irregularity in the vehicle, such as wheel misalignment resulting in uneven or rapid wear.
5. Tyres fitted to or used with incompatible or improper valves, rims, or wheels.
6. Vehicles carrying loads or running at speeds higher than the load and speed index marked on the tyre sidewalls.
7. Tyres purchased second hand, including tyres fitted to used cars and imported vehicles, without proof of purchase.
8. Improper storage.

18. Change Of Mind

1. Grip & Go Tyres' change of mind policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law, which states that refunds or replacements are not required if a customer simply changes their mind about a product. However, Grip & Go Tyres may still offer refunds or exchanges at their discretion.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit, Grip & Go Tyres has a non-refundable deposit policy. Changes of mind are not accepted after purchase.
